penalty collected in covid 19 / corona pandemic

In capital , 1.15 crore has been  yet collected by the police officials for not complying with the terms and conditions of covid 19 pandemic guidelines like not wearing masks and spitting in open . penalty of rupees 500 set by the honourable  lieutenant governor of delhi mr. anil baijal.

Offenders who don’t pay the amount of fine shall be liable under section 182 of Indian penal code. According to section 182 , any person who disobeys direction  knowingly the promulgated  order of public servant shall be punished with the imprisonment which may extent to one month or with fine which may extend to 200 rupees , or with both
