INDIA - CHINA LINE OF CONTROL CONFLICT
On 16 june 2020 , 20 indian soldiers martyr for our Indian nation at line of actual control .which treaties between india and china which formulates the procedure of non arms in LAC , leads to our soldiers martyr . let’s check it. #lawinroutine
As a general practice and according to international relation norms attacking or fighting with enemy soldier who does not have arms is not consider as a brave act and it is reiterated many times by UN and in other international conferences. Face to face fight or attacking to opponent soldier is valid only in actual national war otherwise such type of act is against the international norms.
On 16 june 2020 , Indian soldiers including colonel rank officers during the normal routine of patrolling practice got messed up with the chineese troops. Afterwards a group conversation held between both nations. At while fight happened between them which is provoked by the china soldiers itself. Brutal fight happened there which leads to death of 20 Indian soldiers . afterwards from the both end fired shots. China soldiers also dead but no actual data.
In TV debates and in various opposition party leader in india by tweets arise questions that there is no need to go bare hand in LAC and why they don’t shoot the chineese soldiers also they free to do so. Which heat up the entire nation , citizens plus army patriotism.
The reason behind Indian soldiers to go bare hand relates to international norms and Indian chineese agreement . Indian soldiers perform their duty well but did not break the agreement and international norms. They sacrifice their precious lives but don’t let Indian nation pride down. There are three agreement between India and china regarding line of actual control . according to which or the reason why Indian soldiers go bare hand.
- 1. 29 November 1996 agreement between India and china
Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Confidence-Building Measures in the Military Field Along the Line of Actual Control in the India-China Border Areas .
According to article vi (6)
With a view to preventing dangerous military activities along the line of actual control in the India-China border areas, the two sides agree as follows:
(1) No side shall open fire, cause bio-degradation, use hazardous chemicals, conduct blast operations or hunt with guns or explosives within two kilometers from the line of actual control. This prohibition shall not apply to routine firing activities in small arms firing ranges.
(2) If there is a need to conduct blast operations within two kilometers of the line of actual control as part of developmental activities, the other side shall be informed through diplomatic channels or by convening a border personnel meeting, preferably five days in advance.
(3) While conducting exercises with live ammunition in areas close to the line of actual control, precaution shall be taken to ensure that a bullet or a missile does not accidentally fall on the other side across the line of actual control and causes harm to the personnel or property of the other side.
(4) If the border personnel of the two sides come in a face-to-face situation due to differences on the alignment of the line of actual control o any other reason, they shall exercise self-restraint and take all necessary steps to avoid an escalation of the situation. Both sides shall also enter into immediate consultations through diplomatic and/or other available channels to review the situation and prevent any escalation of tension.
This is the only reason why Indian soldiers go barehand , otherwise according to Indian army rules , every soldier having its arms and it is compulsive to carry arms when they leave post.
2. 2005 agreement
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the Political Parameters and Guiding Principles for the Settlement of the India-China Boundary Question
According to article 1 and 2 , agreement states that….
Article I
The differences on the boundary question should not be allowed to affect the overall development of bilateral relations. The two sides will resolve the boundary question through peaceful and friendly consultations.
Neither side shall use or threaten to use force against the other by any means. The final solution of the boundary question will significantly promote good neighbourly and friendly relations between India and China.
Article II
The two sides should, in accordance with the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence, seek a fair, reasonable and mutually acceptable solution to the boundary question through consultations on an equal footing, proceeding from the political perspective of overall bilateral relations.
3. 2015 revisional agreement , alteration made to the prior agreement plus deep meeting between India and china army officials plus ministry of external affairs SUGGESTING AND CORRECTIING prior norms plus exhaustive tensions at border.
Conclusion……
Indian soldiers martyr for our Indian nation. Above mentioned agreements binded Indian soldiers for not to carry guns and to shoot. Acc to agreement any type of explosion plus firing within two kilometers of LAC is prohibited. They follow the agreement in which they lost their life for us and once again made india great.
China as a coward breaks down the agreement norms plus international norms. China violate the article 6 which prohibits the use of force while any face to face situation . china soldiers use stone plus iron nails rod to hit Indian soldiers. THEY USE aggressive and brutal force which prohibits by the provison.
China violates the article 1 and 2 of 2005 agreement which directs to both nation to maintain peace, silence and fraternity even in aggression situation. By his act china violates it.
